Do you need help with your business or staff?
Are you experiencing high turnovers subsequent to investing tons of money on hiring and training
new personnel only to find that they were not the right fit for the job based on their behavioral
style? Perhaps they started out like the best employee ever and in a short time THEY “showed” up. Their true behavioral style began to surface and they became the reason you are second guessing your abilities when interviewing or spotting that precise fit for your company?
Well no more of that! Let Lotus Riche’ “Ignites” help you by assessing the person before you
allow them to make their final leap form candidate to employee. We can help you
refrain from making those costly mistakes by helping you help yourself by using the DISC!
Well you may be asking yourself what is “DISC” let me make it plain. The DISC process is simple!
DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which identifies the four different behavioral traits, which today are called: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance.
Scoring is done electronically through an algorithm system. This will produce a profile report. You'll be able to read about the unique behavioral style of the individual, along with their tendencies, needs, preferred environment, and strategies for effective and positive interaction. You'll learn more about an individual’s strengths and weaknesses and how to enhance their strengths and turn their weakness into a strength.
Lotus Riche’ “ Ignites” stands out among many companies that only administer the DISC test and provide the written result devoid of actual interaction with you the client. Lotus Riche’ “Ignites” goes a step further and explains line by line what each item means and conducts scenarios to allow the participants to practice using their new found awareness of themselves and others to see the difference this dynamic training makes.
What does DISC® measure?
DISC measures your tendencies and preferences — your patterns of behavior. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health or values. DISC profiles describe human behavior in countless situations. For example, the DISC questionnaire asks about how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, how you respond to rules and procedures, and about your preferred pace of activity. It does not measure every dimension of your personality.
The DISC model discusses four reference points:
Dominance – direct, strong-willed and forceful
Influence – sociable, talkative and lively Steadiness – gentle, accommodating and soft-hearted Conscientiousness – private, analytical and logical When a company uses the DISC process as it is intended to be used, the company will experience an increase in productivity, communication, cohesion, and ease of employee manageability hence, increasing profits, minimizing turnovers, and adding to the stability of the company.
